However, under no circumstances does this commercial license apply to 3D models derived from third-party intellectual property. Any attempts by users to manufacture, market, or sell physical prints of fan art associated with existing IPs are undertaken strictly at the user’s own risk. STLCreators does not authorize, endorse, or assume any legal responsibility or liability for the unauthorized commercialization of third-party intellectual property.
Commercial License Terms
By subscribing to the Commercial License tier, the subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to manufacture and sell physical 3D-printed objects derived from our digital STL files. This commercial authorization is strictly contingent upon maintaining an active, paid subscription in good standing. Upon the cancellation, expiration, or termination of the subscription, all commercial rights are immediately revoked, and the user must cease all sales and marketing of the physical prints. Furthermore, this license applies exclusively to digital models expressly designated as ‘Commercial Use.’ Any models categorized or marked as ‘Non-Commercial’—including fan art or designs inspired by third-party intellectual property—are strictly excluded from this agreement and may not be commercially produced or sold under any circumstances. This license applies solely to physical, printed objects; the sale, sharing, modification, or distribution of the underlying digital STL files is strictly prohibited at all times.
Intellectual Property Acknowledgment
All characters, names, logos, titles, and associated assets mentioned or depicted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective copyright and trademark owners. This encompasses, without limitation, properties held by entities such as:

Prohibition on Commercializing IP-Inspired Fan Art
Unless a model is expressly designated with a Commercial License or stated as Commercial Use, all digital files provided on this platform are granted under a strict personal-use license. Under this agreement, you are expressly prohibited from:
- Selling or reselling the digital files of IP-inspired fan art.
- Retailing physical 3D prints produced from these fan art files.
